سياسة الخصوصية

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة Clikit بياناتك وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك للموقع والخدمات على clikit.app. باستخدامك المنصة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

يُشغِّل منصة Clikit شركةُ Clikit LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجّلة في ولاية وايومنغ بالولايات المتحدة، وعنوانها المسجّل: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. وهي المسؤولة عن بياناتك وفق هذه السياسة.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مُشفّرة عبر Firebase)، أو بيانات ملفك عند التسجيل بحساب Google أو Facebook.
• رقم الجوال: نطلب توثيق رقم جوالٍ تملكه لحماية حسابك، وبه تستعيد حسابك إن نسيت بريدك وكلمة المرور: تكتب رقمك فنرسل رابط تعيين كلمة المرور إلى بريد حسابك ونُظهر لك أوّله مقنَّعًا. يُرسَل رمز التحقّق عبر خدمة المصادقة في Google Firebase، ولا يُربط الرقم الواحد إلا بحسابٍ واحد، ولا نستعمله في التسويق.
• معلومات الملف الشخصي الاختيارية: الدولة والجنس والفئة العمرية وطبيعة العمل — كلها اختيارية، نستخدمها فقط لتخصيص الخدمة لك ولتحليلاتٍ مجمَّعة عن المنتج، ولا نبيعها أبدًا، وتستطيع مسحها من صفحة «الملف الشخصي» متى شئت.
• بيانات المشروع والنشاط: اسم البراند، نوع النشاط، الدولة، ومنتجاتك (الأسماء، الأسعار، الصور) سواء أُدخلت يدوياً أو استُوردت من رابط متجرك أو عبر واجهات المتاجر (سلة/شوبيفاي).
• ملخّص طلبات المتجر (عند ربط متجرك في سلة رسميًّا): رقم الطلب وحالته وإجماليه وعملته وعدد منتجاته وتاريخه فقط — بلا أي بيانات شخصية لعملائك (لا أسماء ولا أرقام جوال ولا عناوين). نستخدمه لتحليل مبيعاتك واقتراح ما يُروَّج له، ويُحذف تلقائيًّا فور إزالة تطبيق كليكت من متجرك.
• دراسة المبيعات من متجرك في سلة (عند طلبك): نقرأ طلبات آخر ٩٠ يومًا لحظيًّا — أسماء المنتجات وكمّياتها وإجمالي الطلب وتاريخه وحالته — ونحفظ نتيجة التحليل وحدها (الأكثر مبيعًا والراكد والمجاميع والخطة المقترحة)، بلا أي بيانات لعملائك، ويبني السحر خطتك عليها؛ وتُحذف مع إزالة تطبيق كليكت من متجرك.
• المحتوى المُولّد: الصور والكابشن والفعاليات التي يُنشئها الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل حسابك.
• روابط التواصل الاجتماعي: معرّف حساب إنستغرام ورموز الوصول (Access Tokens) لتمكيننا من النشر نيابةً عنك بناءً على طلبك أو جدولتك.
• بيانات الاستخدام: رصيد استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وسجل النشاط لتشغيل الخدمة.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تخطيط محتوى تسويقي شهري وتوليد الصور والكابشن المناسبة لنشاطك ولهجة بلدك.
• جدولة المنشورات ونشرها على حساباتك المرتبطة (مثل إنستغرام) في الأوقات التي تحدّدها أو نقترحها.
• عرض التقارير والإحصاءات الخاصة بحسابك.
• تحسين جودة الخدمة والدعم الفني.

3. بيانات إنستغرام / Meta

عند ربط حساب إنستغرام، نصل إلى حسابك التجاري فقط لنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أو تجدوله. نخزّن رموز الوصول بشكل آمن ولا ننشر أي شيء دون إجراء منك أو جدولة أعددتها. نلتزم بشروط منصة Meta وسياساتها.

3-ب. بيانات تيك توك

عند ربط حساب تيك توك نطلب صلاحيتين فقط: user.info.basic لعرض اسم حسابك وصورته داخل نافذة النشر كي تتأكّد من الحساب قبل النشر، وvideo.publish لنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أنت.

ما نخزّنه: معرّف الحساب (open_id وunion_id)، والاسم الظاهر، ورابط الصورة الرمزية، ورمزا الوصول والتجديد. لا نقرأ فيديوهاتك ولا متابعيك ولا رسائلك.

الغرض: النشر نيابةً عنك بناءً على اختيارك في نافذة النشر لا غير. لا نستعمل هذه البيانات في التحليلات ولا الإعلانات ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف.

المدّة والحذف: تبقى ما دام الربط قائمًا. بفصل تيك توك من صفحة النشر تُحذف الرموز والبيانات المرتبطة فورًا ونهائيًّا.

4. مزوّدو الخدمات (أطراف ثالثة)

• Google Firebase: المصادقة والاستضافة والتخزين وقاعدة البيانات.
• Google Gemini: توليد الصور والنصوص والفيديو بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• OpenAI: توليد تصاميم الشعار والفلاير والموك-اب.
• Recraft: تحويل الشعار إلى رسمٍ متّجه (فيكتور) للطباعة.
• حمسة (Hamsa) وMicrosoft Azure Speech وElevenLabs: تحويل النص إلى صوتٍ عربي للتعليق الصوتي.
• Shotstack: تركيب مقاطع الفيديو.
• Meta / Instagram Graph API: نشر المحتوى على حساباتك المرتبطة.
• TikTok Content Posting API: نشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده على حساب تيك توك المرتبط.
• X وLinkedIn: نشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده على حساباتك المرتبطة.
• سلة وزد وشوبيفاي: قراءة منتجاتك (وملخّص طلباتك في سلة) عند ربط متجرك رسميًّا — بقراءةٍ فقط.
• Resend: إرسال رسائل البريد الخاصة بحسابك.
• Stripe وLink: معالجة المدفوعات والضرائب والفواتير — تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك في صفحة Stripe مباشرةً، ولا تمرّ بخوادمنا ولا نخزّنها؛ نحفظ حالة اشتراكك وبلد الفوترة والرقم الضريبي للشركات.

نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل هذه الخدمات فقط. نرسل لمزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي ما يلزم لتنفيذ طلبك وحده (نص الطلب، وصور منتجك أو شعارك المرجعية، وبيانات هوية مشروعك)، ولا نرسل إليهم أي بيانات شخصية لعملاء متجرك.

5. تخزين البيانات وأمنها

تُخزَّن بياناتك على بنية Google Firebase الآمنة. نطبّق ضوابط وصول ونحمي رموز الوصول، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

يمكنك فصل حساب إنستغرام في أي وقت من صفحة النشر، وعندها تُحذف رموز الوصول. لحذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل، راجع صفحة حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على support@clikit.app.

نحتفظ بالصور والفيديوهات التي ترفعها أو تولّدها في «المكتبة» ما دام حسابك قائمًا وضمن حدّ التخزين في خطتك. إذا انتقلت إلى خطةٍ حدّها أصغر وبقيت ملفاتك فوقه بعد مهلة الثلاثين يومًا المعلنة (انظر شروط الاستخدام)، نحذف أقدم وسائط المكتبة الزائدة حذفًا نهائيًّا من خوادمنا، ونسجّل لأغراض التدقيق والدعم مسار كل ملفٍ محذوف وحجمه ووقت حذفه (دون محتواه). تُرسل إنذارات الحذف إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك وتظهر في إشعارات التطبيق.

7. حقوقك

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. تواصل معنا لأي طلب.

8. الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة لأصحاب الأنشطة التجارية وليست مخصّصة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Clikit collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the website and services at clikit.app. By using the platform you agree to this policy.

Clikit is operated by Clikit LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Clikit LLC is responsible for your data under this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password (encrypted by Firebase), or your profile details when you sign up with Google or Facebook.
• Phone number: we ask you to verify a phone number you own to protect your account; if you forget both your email and password, you enter your number and we email a password-reset link to your account’s address, showing you only its masked beginning. Verification codes are sent through Google Firebase Authentication, each number can be linked to one account only, and we never use it for marketing.
• Optional profile details: country, gender, age range and role — all optional, used only to tailor the service to you and for aggregate product analytics, never sold, and you can clear them from your Profile page at any time.
• Project & business data: brand name, business type, country, and your products (names, prices, images) — entered manually or imported from your store link or store APIs (Salla/Shopify).
• Store order summaries (when your Salla store is officially connected): order number, status, total, currency, item count and date only — no personal data about your customers (no names, phone numbers or addresses). We use it to analyse your sales and suggest what to promote, and it is deleted automatically as soon as the Clikit app is removed from your store.
• Sales study from your Salla store (when you request it): we read your last 90 days of orders on the fly — product names and quantities, order totals, dates and statuses — and keep only the analysis result (best sellers, slow movers, totals and the suggested plan), with no data about your customers; Magic builds your plan on it, and it is deleted when the Clikit app is removed from your store.
• Generated content: AI-generated images, captions, and calendar events within your account.
• Social connections: your Instagram account ID and access tokens, so we can publish on your behalf at your request or schedule.
• Usage data: AI usage quota and activity logs to operate the service.

2. How we use your data

• Plan monthly marketing content and generate images and captions suited to your business and country dialect.
• Schedule and publish posts to your connected accounts (e.g., Instagram) at times you set or we suggest.
• Show reports and analytics for your account.
• Improve service quality and provide support.

3. Instagram / Meta data

When you connect an Instagram account, we access your business account only to publish content you approve or schedule. We store access tokens securely and never post anything without your action or a schedule you set. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and policies.

3b. TikTok data

When you connect a TikTok account we request only two scopes: user.info.basic, to show your account name and avatar inside the post dialog so you can confirm the account before posting, and video.publish, to publish content you approve.

What we store: your account identifiers (open_id and union_id), display name, avatar URL, and the access and refresh tokens. We do not read your videos, followers, or messages.

Purpose: publishing on your behalf according to the choices you make in the post dialog, and nothing else. We do not use this data for analytics or advertising, and we never sell or share it.

Retention and deletion: kept only while the connection exists. Disconnecting TikTok from the Publishing page deletes the tokens and associated data immediately and permanently.

4. Third-party service providers

• Google Firebase: authentication, hosting, storage, and database.
• Google Gemini: AI image, text and video generation.
• OpenAI: logo, flyer and mockup design generation.
• Recraft: converting logos to vector artwork for print.
• Hamsa, Microsoft Azure Speech and ElevenLabs: Arabic text-to-speech for voice-overs.
• Shotstack: video assembly.
• Meta / Instagram Graph API: publishing content to your connected accounts.
• TikTok Content Posting API: publishing content you approve to your connected TikTok account.
• X and LinkedIn: publishing content you approve to your connected accounts.
• Salla, Zid and Shopify: reading your products (and, for Salla, order summaries) when you officially connect your store — read-only.
• Resend: sending your account emails.
• Stripe and Link: payment, tax and invoice processing — you enter your card details directly on Stripe's page; they never pass through or stay on our servers. We keep your subscription status, billing country and, for businesses, your tax registration number.

We share only the minimum data needed to operate these services. AI providers receive only what is needed to fulfil your request (the prompt, reference images of your product or logo, and your project's brand details), and never any personal data about your store's customers.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure. We apply access controls, protect access tokens, and never sell your data.

6. Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect Instagram anytime from the Publishing page, which removes the access tokens. To delete your account and all data, see the Data Deletion page or email support@clikit.app.

We keep the images and videos you upload or generate in your Library for as long as your account exists and stays within your plan's storage limit. If you move to a plan with a smaller limit and your files remain above it after the announced 30-day notice period (see the Terms of Service), we permanently delete the oldest excess Library media from our servers. For audit and support purposes we record each deleted file's path, size and deletion time (not its content). Deletion notices are sent to the email address registered on your account and appear in your in-app notifications.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us for any request.

8. Children

The service is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page with an updated date.
